In 2016 , Dr. Abhay Singh after completing his MD Degree in Neuro Psychiatry from Rohilkhand university Bareilly. Has joined in Medical college Lucknow as Senior Resident and has Received letter of Appreciation for Independently handling complete Management of OPD and IPD patients of the Institute. Dr. Abhay Singh is in the Post of Consultant Psychiatrist in Balrampur Hospital since year 2018
